Maintenance Program
Once your deck is cleaned and stained, your house is treated and washed or your gutters and down spouts are cleaned out it is
important to maintain its appearance/ function. Through the maintenance program you can schedule a maintenance cleaning annually
at a reduced cost if you schedule it during the current maintenance project. After the initial treatment service for your deck,
house, or gutters we will discuss with you the maintenance program and settle on the cost and schedule a date at that time. Below
are examples of each.
Gutters
Each year Decks Etc. will return and remove any debris from the gutters and the roof and flush out your down spouts. In addition Decks Etc. will check to make
sure that all down spouts and gutters are fastened securely. This is also a great time to add a small job like power washing the
patio, walkway, deck, deck furniture or anything else that you feel is in need of cleaning
House Washing
If scheduled during the current house maintenance project you can receive 20% off if you sign up for an annual contract or 10% off
for a biennial contract. Decks Etc. will return to power wash your house as before and you can add additional service if desired at that time
for a discounted price.
House Washing/ Gutters Combo
Each year Decks Etc. will return and remove any debris from the gutters and flush out your down spouts. In addition Decks Etc. will Do a quick wash
of the house that will remove any loose dirt, debris and mildew that has formed since the previous year.
Decks
Each year Decks Etc. will return to inspect the condition of your decking. The railing will also be inspected for loose wood and problematic
areas. Your deck will then be power washed clean and any recommendations will be made
for treatments. Generally after one to two years a maintenance coat can be applied to the deck floor and the top of the railing.
